Here are answers to some common questions to help you with your shopping experience:


1. Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges!
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 7 days upon receipt, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Please note: Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to process a return/exchange:

  • Log in to your account.

  • Go to the “My Account” page.

  • Click on the “Orders” tab.

  • Select the order you want to return or exchange and click the “Return and Exchange” button.

  • Fill out the necessary details and submit your request.

2. Do you offer international shipping?

No, currently we only ship within the Philippines.
We do not offer overseas shipping at this time. We hope to serve international customers in the future!


3. How do you ship orders?

We ship orders via Lalamove and other trusted courier services depending on your location.

  • Same-day delivery via Lalamove is available for Metro Manila and nearby areas.

  • For provincial areas, we coordinate with standard courier partners.

Shipping costs will be calculated upon checkout or advised by our team.


4. Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes! You are welcome to walk in and place or pick up your order directly at our location.
Please contact us ahead of your visit so we can prepare your items for faster service.


5. How long does delivery take?

  • Metro Manila: Same-day or next-day delivery (via Lalamove).

  • Provincial Areas: 3–7 business days, depending on the courier and your location.

Please allow extra time during holidays and peak seasons.


6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank Transfer

  • GCash

  • PayMaya

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • Cash on Delivery (for selected areas)


7. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status through our courier partner’s website.


8. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we can assist you with changes or cancellation.
Please reach out to our Customer Support team as soon as possible.
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled or modified.
