At FGTextile, your satisfaction is very important to us. We take great care to ensure that our fabrics meet the highest quality standards. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return & Exchange Eligibility:

• Cut Fabrics: As our fabrics are cut to order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or excess ordering.

• Pre-Packaged Items: Items such as pre-cut fabric packs, sample packs, or accessories may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused and in their original condition.

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

• If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

• Please provide clear photos of the issue and your order number to help us resolve the matter quickly.

• Approved returns for faulty or incorrect items will be eligible for a replacement, exchange, or full refund including shipping costs.

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

• After you receive your product, please click the “Return” button on your order page.

• Take a clear picture of the product showing the issue.

• Provide a short reason for the return or exchange when submitting your request.

• Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with the next steps.

Important Notes:

• Samples are non-refundable as they are provided to help you make an informed purchase.

• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• Returned goods must be in original, unused condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
